You have two choices to
make your payments: online with
credit card or off-line with
check.
1. On-line with credit card
Credit card
transactions are made through CCNOW ,
a reliable american company with
a sophisticated security and
fraud risk management. CCNOW are
able to process VISA, Master
Card, American Express and
Discover card. For any question

Use our virtual
"shopping cart" system,
which is easy to handle. All you
have to do is click on the
"add to cart" button of
any article you want to add to
your shopping cart. To see what
you have in the cart or to make
your payment, just click on the
words "view shopping
cart" that appear on bottom
of the navigation bar. When you
finish with your
"shopping," click on
those words and enter the
shopping cart to fill out the
necessary data: amounts, any
specifications, shipping
instructions and credit card and
number.
2. Off-line: Mail in the Order
Form and check
If you dont feel
comfortable with the
"shopping cart" system,
you can print your Order Form,
fill it out, attach the
corresponding check and mail it
to us at any of the addresses
given on the Order Form. On
receiving your order and cashing
the check, we will immediately
ship your order.

Shipments
There are two options for
the shipment of your order:
Certified regular mail and
Courier. Each order will be
shipped once the payment has been
credited or the check has been
cashed and you will be notified
by e-mail about the details.
1. By Certified regular airmail
We generally use
registered airmail. Once the
order has been shipped, we will
e-mail the details. Delivery
anywhere in the world can take
from two to five weeks after
shipment. The time is usually
shorter if the order is to go to
the capital or a major city in
the country. You can contact us
at any time to check the status
of your order. Very rarely, there
will be a longer delay if a
particular product is in great
demand, given the fact that
everything is hand-made. We will
be very careful to make sure that
you can find out the status of
your order at any time.
2. By courier
This will take from two to
five days after the shipment
date. The additional charges for
delivery via Express Mail Service
- EMS are given below:

3. Reshipments
Returned items due to
inaccurate destination address or
lack of certification upon
receipt (certified mail) will be
reshipped provided shipments cost
are covered by the client.

Items can be returned for

days after its receipt. The
entire purchase price (excluding
shipping and handling fees) will
be refunded. No reasons asked.
Shipments of items with
personalized engravements are
non-returnable.
Wholesale Orders
Discounts for 'Wholesale
orders' are applied to 6 or more
pieces of the same
"title" (e.g.
bookmarks, jewelry, filigree,
etc.). Payment and shipping
options are similar to those for
retail orders. Please contact us
